my story

EDUCATION:

I have always been passionate about sports and athletic movement. Growing up, I read extensively and experimented with various training methods, techniques, approaches, and performance strategies. After high school, it was natural for me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. As soon as I graduated in 2020, I wanted to learn more about the rehabilitation process alongside training, so I enrolled in Physical Therapy. In 2024, I earned my second Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.

CLIMBING:

I competed in gymnastics for five years during my youth, but in 2009 (at age 11), I discovered what would become my greatest passion: climbing. I began sport climbing outdoors with my dad and started going to the gym almost every day after school. A few years later, I progressed enough to join the Italian National Youth Boulder Team. I gained valuable experience competing nationally and internationally, placing fourth in three different European Youth Cups.

I continued competing as an adult in national senior circuits, with my greatest accomplishment being a third-place finish in the Italian Cup in Prato in 2019. In 2016, I also joined the prestigious Ragni di Lecco group, representing them with my climbing achievements around the world.

During my time on the Italian team and through my academic studies, I had the opportunity to learn from experts and build my own foundation of knowledge, tools, and skills. I have used this knowledge to create my own training programs for the past six years, allowing me to achieve what were once my dream goals. Personally, I have climbed over 300 boulders graded 8A (V11) and above, including over fifty 8B (V13) boulders and five 8C (V15) boulders, but I’m still hungry for more. Almost 30 of these climbs were flashes, which is one of my favorite activities and great for both mental and physical training. Although I rarely put on a harness, I enjoy challenging my endurance and have climbed routes up to 8c+.

Climbing brings me deep feelings of joy and accomplishment, which has inspired me to help others experience this process of growth and reach their own goals. I coached the youth team at my local gym for a year, and since earning my first degree, I have been coaching adults.

I’m truly excited to work side-by-side with you to help you find the right direction to achieve your climbing goals!
